The promotor of this project in Moratalla wanted an alternative to the standard American style housing projects promoted by the Moratalla Urban Plan.
Moratalla is a beautiful mountainous territory in the North West of the Murcia Region.
We proposed a project for an EcoHotel experience with very little visual impact on the territory, with extremely low water use, low energy use throughout the building life cycle using local materials, solar energy production, respect for local flora and fauna, and new methods for streets and paths that have minimal impact on the existing ground.
