Ernest Berkhout is a UK trained architect, with 25 years experience in Murcia and Costa Cálida, licensed to practice as an architect here in Murcia Region. In partnership with Gabriel Albasini, Harvard trained architect, we are A&B Architecture. Also forming part of our core is Luis Pasqual, interior designer, and Miriam Albasini, designer.
We do high quality modern architectural design, and make sure everything is properly built. We can help you find a plot with a sea view, design your bespoke villa and oversee construction. We can help you with your extension. We can defend your interests when there are questions about the legality of your house. In short, our studio offers the full range of architectural services.
We work with a lot of foreign clients (I am fluent in dutch also), and we help them through the often bewildering rules and regulations in the area. We can help you with the project management of your expanding business, and even represent you in negotiations.
