Design, space planning, engineering, project management, construction management, commissioning and occupation. This building is a 2,750 square metre office building in Nigeria´s capital, Lagos. The building is set out over 2 storeys, measures 75 metres by 18.5 metres, and was custom-built by Red Sea Housing in Ghana, and then shipped to Lagos in twenty shipping containers. Ancillary buildings were constructed using more traditional local building methods. Furniture was designed and made to measure, using CNC technology in Lagos.
